How long does the assessment call take, and who should be on it?

The call typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. For the most accurate assessment, we recommend including your dealership's General Manager or COO, your IT manager or managed service provider, and your DMS/F&I system admin if available. The more context we have about your current systems and vendors, the more precise your Gap Report will be.

We already work with an IT vendor or compliance consultant. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Most dealerships we work with have existing IT relationships. Our role is not to replace your IT vendor -- it is to ensure your FTC Safeguards compliance program meets all 9 regulatory requirements, including the documentation, written policies, and annual reporting that general IT vendors rarely cover.
